            Easy Asian Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp Salt & Pepper, Asian-Inspired (adjust to taste)
 - 2 cups cooked, chilled rice (preferably day-old)
 - 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
 - 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, corn, or frozen mix)
 - 2 eggs, lightly beaten
 - Optional: 1 cup diced cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu
 
Instructions
- Prep Rice & Veggies – Break up chilled rice with a fork; chop any fresh vegetables if using.
 - Cook Eggs – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or pan, scramble eggs quickly, then set aside.
 - Stir-Fry Veggies – Add remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables (and protein if using) for 2-3 mins.
 - Add Rice & Seasoning – Toss in rice and sprinkle Salt & Pepper, Asian-Inspired Spice, stir-frying for 3-4 mins until heated and fragrant.
 - Combine & Serve – Return eggs to the pan, mix well, and serve hot.
 
              
              
              
            Zesty Chili & Lime Tacos

Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp Chili & Lime Rub (adjust to taste)
 - 300g chicken breast or thigh (or shrimp/fish)
 - 1 tbsp oil
 - 6 small tortillas
 - Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomato, avocado, sour cream, cheese
 
Instructions
- Season Protein – Coat chicken (or shrimp/fish) with Chili & Lime Rub + oil.
 - Cook – Pan-fry or grill for 6-8 mins until cooked and slightly charred.

Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Tandoori Spice (adjust to taste)
 - 500g boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into bite-size chunks
 - 2 tbsp plain yogurt
 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
 - Fresh coriander & lemon wedges for garnish
 
Instructions
- Marinate Chicken – Mix yogurt, lemon juice, oil, and Tandoori Spice. Coat chicken, cover, and marinate 30 mins (or overnight for best flavor).
 - Preheat Grill/Oven – Heat to 200°C (fan 180°C) or prep BBQ for direct heat.
 - Skewer & Cook – Thread chicken onto skewers (optional) and cook 15-20 mins, turning halfway, until slightly charred and cooked through.
 - Rest & Garnish – Let rest 2 mins; garnish with coriander and a squeeze of lemon.

 - 500g ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
