Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee.

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping takes 7-14 business days and may be subject to customs duties.

What is your free shipping threshold?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. International orders qualify for free shipping over $100.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Yes! We offer sample sizes for most spices so you can try before committing to larger quantities. Perfect for discovering new flavors.

How fresh are your spices?

All spices are processed within 6 months of harvest and packaged fresh to order. We include harvest dates on packaging when available.

How much spice should I use in recipes?

Start with 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per serving and adjust to taste. Our spices are more potent than store-bought, so you may need less than usual.

Should I toast whole spices before grinding?

Yes! Toasting whole spices in a dry pan for 1-2 minutes before grinding releases essential oils and intensifies flavor significantly.

When should I add spices during cooking?

Add hardy spices early for depth, delicate herbs near the end to preserve flavor. Blooming spices in oil at the start builds a flavorful base.

Can I substitute ground spices for whole spices?

Generally use 1/3 the amount of ground spice as whole spice called for. Ground spices are more concentrated and release flavor faster.

How do I create an account?

Click 'Sign Up' at the top of any page and provide your email and a secure password. You'll receive a confirmation email to activate your account.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, they enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

How do I reset my password?

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page, enter your email, and we'll send reset instructions. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email.

Do you offer a loyalty program?

Yes! Our Spice Club members earn points on every purchase, get early access to new products, and receive exclusive discounts and recipes.

How do I cancel or return an order?

Contact us within 30 days for returns. Unopened items can be returned for a full refund. Opened items may be returned if you're not satisfied with quality.
